I’m Adrian.

Born and raised in Hobart. I joined the Royal Australian Navy in 2001 and left for the last time in 2022. This is where I write about the sea, the life around it, and the people who hold it together.

Not a counsellor, not a psychologist, not a relationship coach. Just a man that has been through a hell of a lot.
