The short one

Did that heading get your attention? I hope so. Apparently some people don’t like to read too much. This is for you.

No one has actually complained to me it’s just some people don’t feel like reading that much.

When I was looking into creating this blog site I had no idea how to create a website or even write a blog post, I started doing quite a lot of research. I watched YouTube videos, I listened to lots and lots of blogging Podcasts, and I read a lot of other blog posts.

There were quite a few different results that I found, so from my research I determined I would try and keep my posts under 2,000 words.

Quite often I have found this to be a challenge, but also a positive because it makes me stop and think about what and how I am writing so I don’t dribble on and lose people.

I try to make my posts a mix of informative, inspirational, interesting and balanced. It is certainly interesting writing them. Most of them do take a fair bit of time and others can only take a couple of hours; sometimes selecting the photos to put with them can take ages, I have a lot of photos to sift through.

Even though I currently do an office based job during the day I’m not locked in an office all day and then go back to my cabin to sit in front of a computer to work on my next post, I do get outside every now and then to enjoy Darwin.

So this post is for the short reading inclined, you know who you are, I hope you enjoyed the brief read.

I couldn’t go to sleep until I posted this by the way.
